What the service is

FinalCV turns information you provide into a formatted resume PDF. You keep ownership of everything you write. We claim no rights over your resume content beyond what is needed to store it, render it and show it back to you.

Your account

Accounts are created with Google sign-in. One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens under yours.

Accuracy is yours

The AI features restructure and rephrase what you give them. They are instructed never to invent employers, job titles, dates, degrees or credentials. Where the AI proposes a number it cannot verify, it is marked as an unconfirmed estimate and highlighted, and you are shown a list of them before you download. Everything in the finished PDF is your statement about yourself, and checking that it is true is your responsibility.

No outcome is guaranteed

We do not guarantee any interview, response or job. The ATS Readiness Score measures how well your resume parses and reads. It is not a prediction of how any specific employer's applicant tracking system will treat it, and no tool can honestly claim otherwise.

Payment

Prices are shown before you pay. One payment unlocks the exact version you bought, downloadable forever; editing stays unlocked and a later version is a new purchase. Refunds are governed by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Fair use

Daily limits apply to uploads, AI actions and renders to keep the service affordable for everyone. Do not attempt to bypass them, automate the service, resell access, or use it to produce resumes for third parties at scale.

Availability

The service is provided as-is. We will not deliberately break it, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. If a fault stops you getting the PDF you paid for, you are refunded.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to defraud the payment provider. Purchases already made remain downloadable unless they were fraudulent.
