Delivery

The short version

GetFinalCV sells a digital file. Nothing is posted or couriered, there are no shipping charges, and there is no delivery address to give us. Your PDF is ready the moment your payment is confirmed.

When you get it

Payment confirmation and delivery are the same event. When the payment succeeds we render the exact version of the resume that was on screen when you paid and unlock it for download — normally within a few seconds, and the browser returns you straight to it. There is no processing queue and no waiting period.

Where to find it

Under Account → Downloads, alongside every other file you have bought. Downloads do not expire and are not capped: the version you paid for stays there and stays downloadable, on any device you sign in from.

If it does not arrive

If a payment succeeds and the file does not appear, nothing is lost — the payment is recorded before the file is made, so we can complete or refund it. Email [email protected] with the reference from your billing page and we will do one or the other. A file you never received is refundable regardless of anything on the refund and cancellation policy.

Changing your mind after delivery

Editing is never locked by buying. For 7 days after a purchase you can keep changing the resume and download the updated file as often as you like, free — the purchase follows your edits instead of being stuck to the version you first bought. After that the version you own stays yours and stays downloadable forever; downloading a newer, edited version is a fresh purchase.

Subscriptions

A subscription delivers the same way — files are rendered on demand for as long as it runs. When the term ends, your three most recently edited resumes are rendered as PDFs that stay in Downloads permanently. Subscriptions run for a fixed term and do not renew themselves.
