Refund policy
The short version
Full refund any time before you first download the PDF. Once you have downloaded it, the sale is final.
Before your first download
Refunds are granted with no questions asked, from the Refund button next to the purchase in your library. You do not need to email anyone or explain yourself. The refund is processed by our payment provider back to the method you paid with.
After your first download
Once the PDF has been downloaded we cannot take it back, so downloads are final. We record the date and time of each download, which is how this line is drawn.
Two exceptions, both absolute: if the PDF is broken, misrendered, or does not match what you saw in the preview, you are refunded regardless of how many times you downloaded it. And support can always override this policy in your favour — it is a floor, not a ceiling.
If you are in the EU or the UK
Digital content is normally covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal. That right ends once delivery begins, and only if you explicitly agreed to it. That is what the checkbox at checkout is: by ticking it you asked for immediate access to your download and accepted that your 14-day withdrawal right ends at that point. We record when you gave that consent. If you did not tick it, checkout does not proceed.
What a purchase covers
One payment unlocks the exact version of the resume you bought. Editing stays unlocked afterwards, and the version you paid for remains in your library and downloadable forever. Downloading a later, edited version is a separate purchase.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, ask us for a refund first. We would far rather refund you than dispute a chargeback, and you will get an answer faster.
